THIS POSITION IS A 2-WEEK TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT, MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAP

POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of the eSolutions team, the Content Specialist supports the initiatives of the department and the Manager to which he or she reports. The Content Specialist is responsible for executing routine website content changes, additions, and upgrades. He/she will also be an integral part of executing content migration tasks from Interwoven to Sharepoint environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
. Implement regular website content updates and additions.
. Prioritize and execute on all ad hoc content change requests.
. Ensure aesthetic consistency of content.
. Works closely with web production/dev team in the production and QA
and new functions of portal

BACKGROUND/SKILLS REQUIRED
. Undergraduate degree
. 2-4 years experience website maintenance or administration
. Mastery of HTML (including CSS and XML)
. Familiarity with content management systems; Interwoven Teamsite and
Sharepoint publishing experience
. Familiarity with JavaScript and PHP
. Mutual fund and/or financial services industry background preferred
. Excellent written and oral communications skills
. Strong time management skills.
. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals
at all levels.
. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and
Excel.
