Top tier Agency Broker is seeking someone to manage and lead the Trading Operations group based out of London. Reporting to Head of Liquididty Strategy, they require someone that is FSA registered and also holds necessary local exchange registrations. You will be responsible for keeping the trade floor informed of stock news, IPO’s, options expiries and relevant information. Advertising our clients trading flow by sending out IOI’s. You will be managing relationships with exchanges, MTFs and dark pools and act as the point of contact for all new connections. Experience with UAT systems is needed, you will take control for UAT full suite of legacy rules and assisting with the experts rollout in Europe.

You will also be responsible for conducting best execution reviews, drafting front office desk proceedures and producing TCA for internal and external clients and Trading Destination Reports.

You need to be a team player and posess at least 5 years experience gained within this space or in a relevant role in the equity e-trading markets.
