The position is responsible to lead the delivery and development of the Premier Proposition by driving new premier customer acquisition for the branch, by leading sales force and managing their daily sales activities

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in managing sales team
• Have an in depth understanding of local market conditions and competitor activity
• Innovative in respect of ideas to grow the business i.e. sales initiatives, activity management
• Able to effectively and continually manage under performance, creating action plans where appropriate
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales – Financial Services (bank industry) or equivalent.
