Noble Systems has an immediate opening for a Sr VP Finance/CFO.

Position Purpose: responsibility for managing Noble Systems strategic and tactical finance efforts worldwide.

Plans and directs all aspects of an organization’s finance and accounting policies, objectives, strategies, and initiatives. Responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial goals of Noble Systems. Directs the development of the organization to ensure future growth. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Education / Experience
* requires a bachelor*s degree in accounting or finance. A CPA, MBA or other advanced degree is preferred, with a minimum of 15 years of finance and accounting management experience with increasing responsibility.

The position will be responsible for:
* Providing leadership, training and supervision to finance and accounting department
* Planning, controlling, and directing all financial activities within the company
* Maintaining the financial integrity of Noble Systems
* Overseeing financial and accounting management and internal and external reporting
* Overseeing legal and audit relationships
* Developing comprehensive cash flow modeling
* Establishing policies and procedures on an as needed basis
* Developing budgets and forecasts

Principal Activities:
* Maintain an adequate cash flow
* Closing the books on a timely basis
* Collecting past due accounts receivable
* Maintain an appropriate credit rating and relationships with lending institutions
* Maintain and improve established reporting methods
* Expense control
* Maintain profitability of operations
* Set priorities for completing tasks under fixed resource constraint
* Continue to develop and maintain tax strategies
* Understanding the impact of changing technologies on the business
* Adherence to current accounting regulations especially revenue related
* Business process re-engineering and implementation of recommended processes and systems
* Balance the needs and financial impacts of technical infrastructure for Noble Systems
* Recommend and implement affordable business solutions
* Integration of additional acquired businesses into Noble Systems* business infrastructure
* Maintain audit relationships
