Responsibilities

  • Preparation of weekly sales outlook and forecast for Americas Enterprise and Channel Sales
  • Preparation and analysis of the weekly P&L outlook that is distributed to the management team
  • Assist in building and maintaining the various planning models.
  • Coordinate, prepare and consolidate revenue and OPEX data for quarterly financial and business reviews.
  • Help develop and communicate plan to meet deadlines in preparation for worldwide budgeting/forecasting schedule and guidelines.
  • Assist with quarterly forecast and annual budgeting process.
  • Master data maintenance as is relates to Cost Center creation and organizational changes.
  • Manage and administer complex promotional programs and compensation plans
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • MBA in Finance or Accounting desired
  • Five to Seven years of Sales Finance, Sales Operations or related experience.
  • The position requires solid understanding of financial fundamentals, strong analytical and problem solving skills, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A team player who can work closely with peers.
  • Someone with an exceptionally strong understanding of technology sales and experience in gathering and analyzing sales data.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Systems and processes and proficiency in MS Excel and SAP experience would be a plus.
  • Experience in software industry and understanding of related sales analytics, or finance issues.
