Responsibilities
- Preparation of weekly sales outlook and forecast for Americas Enterprise and Channel Sales
- Preparation and analysis of the weekly P&L outlook that is distributed to the management team
- Assist in building and maintaining the various planning models.
- Coordinate, prepare and consolidate revenue and OPEX data for quarterly financial and business reviews.
- Help develop and communicate plan to meet deadlines in preparation for worldwide budgeting/forecasting schedule and guidelines.
- Assist with quarterly forecast and annual budgeting process.
- Master data maintenance as is relates to Cost Center creation and organizational changes.
- Manage and administer complex promotional programs and compensation plans
- Undertake ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- MBA in Finance or Accounting desired
- Five to Seven years of Sales Finance, Sales Operations or related experience.
- The position requires solid understanding of financial fundamentals, strong analytical and problem solving skills, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A team player who can work closely with peers.
- Someone with an exceptionally strong understanding of technology sales and experience in gathering and analyzing sales data.
- Strong understanding of Financial Systems and processes and proficiency in MS Excel and SAP experience would be a plus.
- Experience in software industry and understanding of related sales analytics, or finance issues.
