Position Description:

This Sr Manager level position reports to the Director of Product Finance and is responsible for all financial planning support for the Service Provider Business Unit. The successful candidate will be highly customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and perform to high standards of productivity and accuracy. Must be a team player and have the ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels of the company. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and display the ability and the willingness to meet business critical deadlines.

The Finance Manager will manage the development and work efforts of the financial analyst supporting the Business Unit. The Finance Manager serves as the primary representative for all finance related activities in the Business Unit.

Qualifications:

Primary responsibilities include, but is not limited to the following:

- Manage Business Unit P&L
- Drive long-range financial planning process
in support of Strategic investments
- Provide financial oversight of the Lifecycle
Management Process (LCM), including
management of Program P&Ls
- Active member of the BU Leadership team
- Direct business support to VP of the Service
Provider Business Unit
- Partner with Product Management Organization
in support of key issues such as new product
introduction, go-to-market investments and
end-of-life planning

Education and Experience

- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance and an MBA/CPA
are preferable
- 10+ years experience supporting Corporate or
Business Unit Finance organization
- Outstanding financial analysis, oral and
written communication skills
- Must be able to think strategically and help
the organization grow efficiently and
continue to drive spending efficiency and
investment management
