Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role on the Corporate FP&A team. The successful candidate will provide financial support and work as a business partner to the Corporate G&A functions including Finance, IT, HR, Facilities and CEO Office.

They will also work as the administrator of the Clarity Financial Planning/Forecasting tool as well as providing assistance to the Corporate Finance function during month end reporting.

Primary responsibilities for this position include:

• Corporate FP&A
  • Preparing the following quarterly and reports:
    • Total company P&L?s for quarterly Business Unit Review and Board Presentations
    • Quarterly Opex flux analysis for the auditors and external reporting
    • Monthly Commissions accrual
    • Ad hoc financial analyses as required
  • Summarizing monthly travel reports from travel agency
  • Working as Financial Administrator for Clarity Systems, the company financial planning and reporting tool by maintaining dimension hierarchy structures, validating data loads/accuracy, developing input templates and reports, managing security and workflow
• Corporate G&A
  • Leading the annual, monthly, and quarterly planning and forecast process for the Corp G&A departments
  • Providing regular financial reporting to Corp G&A management: plan vs. actual results, forecast updates, etc.
  • Supporting the month end close process by reviewing actuals and booking accrual entries

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of financial experience in FP&A, preferably in a business partnering role in a medium to large company
• Degree or equivalent in Business with a concentration in accounting or finance
• Strong systems skills with experience utilizing financial planning and reporting tools (Hyperion, Cognos, Clarity Systems, or similar)
• Knowledge of large ERP systems
• Expert excel skills
• Detail oriented, organized, and exceptional analytical skills that focus on process improvements
• Ability to plan, schedule, and organize work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that yield effectiveness with cross-functional teams
• Ability to craft and present an argument in written and oral form

Desired Qualifications:

Intermediate level experience with Clarity Systems (or other Planning applications such as Hyperion or Cognos) Experience with Oracle 11i
