As an established developer, we are geographically diversified across 11 countries in Asia Pacific. Keppel Land has been in Indonesia for more than 15 years with projects located in Jakarta, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Bintan, Batam, Bali and Manado.
Due to our further expansion, we are seeking motivated candidates for the positions of:
SENIOR INVESTMENT EXECUTIVE
Qualifications Required :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Real Estate / Corporate Finance / Investment / Engineering
- Around 30 years old with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent in numbers, has high attention to details.
- High proficiency in performing financial analysis and projection using Microsoft Excel.
- Working experience in a property consultant company is a definite advantage.
- Adequate knowledge in property research, valuation or marketing intelligent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
