· – Responsible for the monthly closing – prepare and post reclass and current and prior year accrual entries. Reconcile budget by accounts.
· – Prepare monthly spend and discrepancy reports.
· – Resolve discrepancies by working with advertising/marketing group, corporate purchasing, sales admin/operation.
· – Responsible for the monthly estimate. Work with Advertising/Marketing group to come up with accurate spending.
· – Work with Sales Admin/Operation on samples/testers/gwp calendarization.
· – Approve invoices for national magazine advertisement spending.
· – Resolve co-op discrepancies by working with retailer relations and ACB group.
Qualifications:
– Must have related industry experience
– Must have advanced Excel skills
– Strong technical and problem solving skills
– SAP experience preferred
– Understand general ledger and accounting
