Kentucky based, growth oriented company in the technology consulting sector is seeking a Sr. Executive Finance professional with commercial and non-profit strategic planning and execution experience. This position is an executive management position that provides strategic vision and accountability for all financial aspects of the organization’s operations and business development, including financial reporting, budget management functions and aligning company resources to market opportunities. The incumbent will be responsible for the organization’s financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the maintenance of its fiscal records, the preparation of financial reports and ensuring full compliance with the requirements of all capital sources. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management is a must in addition to knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Proven ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections is critical. A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is required with preference for a Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. Candidates should have ten or more years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position with at least five years as an executive or in positions possessing similar fiduciary responsibilities.
