2. Working with impacted line managers to develop and then execute against migration plans

3. Tracking key financial data and dates related to joiners and leavers

4. Liaising with recruiters, HR, learning specialists and other key resources to ensure successful transition

5. Ensuring that all training and knowledge transfer requirements are captured and delivered

Key attributes:

1. Assertive (not aggressive) individual with a great deal of emotion intelligence, given that they will be working directly with individuals whose roles will be impacted by the program

2. Flexible outlook and approach is required – someone who can help define the program as it is unfolding given the dynamic nature of the effort (someone who is used to and can only work in an incredibly structured environment will not succeed)

3. Detail oriented and spreadsheet friendly – there is a great deal of financial tracking in Excel spreadsheets and every facet of the transitions in scope must be logged in trackers

4. Strong communicator – not looking for a quiet techie.need someone who can lead the way, chair meetings, and build strong personal relationships

This role does not really require a strong technical background. In fact, someone with some HR/finance experience might be preferred.
