JOB ROLE:

Coordinate the product development process, support in doing the market analysis, prepare marketing needs and collateral, and provide necessary support in product launching event and socialization.   

JOB DUTIES:

• To analyze and identify potential customer’s opportunity in the market in term of product development, keep informed of any competing products on the market.
• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Development comprehensive training material and brochure for every product and fund launch
• Liaise and work closely with various units, including underwriting, actuary, marketing communication, legal, operations, IT, Investment and finance.
• Presenting product knowledge training to Deployment and Training Team
• Having a ‘hands-on’ approach to problem solving and managing tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills,
• Team-work focus, analytical and problem-solving.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor Degree (local/oversea)
2. Minimum 1 years experience in Product Development/Marketing industry
3. Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
4. Computer literally (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point)
