Qualifications Required :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Real Estate / Corporate Finance / Investment / Engineering
• Around 30 years old with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Working experience in a property consultant company is a definite advantage.
• Must have adequate skills on using spreadsheet / Microsoft Excel and high English proficiency.
• Adequate knowledge in property research, valuation or marketing intelligent.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent in numbers, has high attention to details.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
