Reporting to Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

• To ensure all claims process to meet claim standard procedures

• Perform claim survey in order to ensure the claim is processed according to proper standard

• Prepare all claim administration in order to achieve claim administration guidelines

• Perform risk survey in order to achieved the minimum risk survey standard compulsory in property business

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline (preferably in engineering)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance Claim, (preferably in non motor insurance)

• Adjuster background  and AAAIK certification will be an advantage

• Computer Literate

• Good English command

• Willing to be stationed in Surabaya
