Job Description:
This position will reside with the company’s Beverly Hills-based content management team and will report to the Director of Content Strategy Planning & Analysis. The role will be an integral member of the current six person Content FP&A team and be responsible for providing support and analysis across the breadth of work provided by the team, a true utility player. A sample of work could include:
• Supporting digital content valuations by building financial models & verifying content title information
• Becoming an additional data analyst for the team, including learning our business intelligence systems and being able to produce fast and accurate responses to requests for information and analysis
• Developing insightful presentations that summarize analysis and presenting them to groups of Netflix managers and Executives to influence decision-making
• Tracking and compiling industry trends and competitive analysis
• Monitoring and reporting on title details for international content deals
• Compiling and reporting key content metrics and trends, including publishing dashboards
Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates are required to be highly analytical, creative and be very effective communicators. The successful candidate must display, through attitude and accomplishments, a strong initiative for understanding and supporting business goals through the analyses they conduct. He/ she must thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in a top management consulting firm or investment bank as an analyst, or a similarly demanding environment in which complex modeling and analysis was performed
• High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex financial modeling and analysis, including great Excel skills. Familiarity with statistical concepts and analysis.
• Very strong capabilities for writing, facilitating and presenting analyses. Familiarity with Powerpoint.
• Aptitude with relational databases and an understanding of business intelligence environments is a plus.
• Education
• 4-yr degree in relevant field with strong academic performance.
• Perfect fit for someone looking for 2-3 years of experience before moving on to business or graduate school.
