The successful candidate will
• Support Finance Team with finance systems-related issues
• Co-project manage finance system implementations with Brocade IT team
• Assist in the development and documentation of business requirements related to new system implementations
• Assist in the development and review of system design/functional specifications as well as have the ability to assess and understand the IT technical solution proposed by the Brocade IT team
• Assist in the documentation of current and proposed business process flows
• Assist as an Oracle ERP liaison between the Finance Systems Team and IT
• Assist in development and implementation of Oracle ERP related financial systems migration activities for any corporate business acquisitions
• Supply timely and accurate Oracle database information to the Finance Systems Team
• Consult, monitor, and report on finance system implementations
• Collaborate and work with professionals across different functional teams
• Manage external IT and/or business consultants
• Assist with special finance systems projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance or related field
• Experience supporting Corporate Finance team preferred
• Experience project managing finance system/application implementations
• Expert in Oracle ERP Finance modules (AP, AR, FA, Inventory, GL, etc.)
• Understand Oracle ERP best practices, process flows and setups
• Experience documenting business process flows
• Excellent SQL expertise and understanding of Oracle ERP data dictionary
• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence Infrastructures and various OLAP methodologies (OBIEE and OBIA)
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, Word, Visio, Access, PowerPoint, etc)
• Experience developing and implementing IT application training for finance teams on systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, OBIEE, SFDC, etc.
• Ability to develop and implement requirements for Financial and Management Reporting
• Experience managing external consultants for large finance IT project implementations
• Ability to manage by influence and collaborate across different functional business teams
• Must be able to think strategically and be a problem solver
