This full time position receives direct support from Norwalk Hospital’s Financial Services Department. Duties include billing; patient accounts including Medicare/Medicaid; monthly financial statement closing process; collections; supervision of co-insurance billing, insurance and vendor invoice verifications, payroll and Patient Trust Accounts. We seek a team player with strong supervisory and oral/written communication skills; 3+ years electronic billing, preferably with AHT (American Health Technology) system experience; experience working with the CT Dept. of Social Services; and advanced Excel skills.
