Zynx Health
currently has an opening in our Los Angeles (Westwood) office for a Finance
Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for management reporting,
financial analysis, and communication of financial results including risks and
opportunities to the financial plan. This position will work closely with executive
leadership to provide operational financial support and will report directly to
the Director of Strategy and Finance.

The
ideal candidate will have significant experience working with operational
business leaders and supporting various business units. A strong foundation in
general accounting and operational finance experience is a must.

Responsibilities



·
Interpret financial information in order to identify and secure
financial targets

·
Communicate management results and formulate recommendations for
operational improvement based on financial performance

·
Preparation and support of the annual budget and monthly full
year forecast

·
Contribute and organize the five year strategic plan

·
Provide market analyses to support strategic direction

·
Monthly close preparation of commissions, capitalization, and
balance sheet reserves

·
Ad hoc analyses of the business

·
Prepare monthly dashboard report with analysis of operational
metrics

·
Work with complex contracts between Zynx, clients and business
partners

·
Ensure SOX compliance



Requirements


·
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting with
distinguished academic performance; Master’s degree preferred

·
5 – 8 years of progressively complex experience

·
Excellent attention
to detail required

·
Strong knowledge of
finance and accounting principles, including balance sheets, income statements,
and cash flow statements

·
Possess exceptional
written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with all
levels of management

·
Must have ability to
research information and formulate recommendations

·
Strong
problem-solving and organizational skills required.

·
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

·
Proven ability to
manage multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines

·
Ability to work in a highly adaptive and changing environment

·
Must be
self-motivated and be capable of working independently

·
Must have ability to
work in a collaborative fashion and maintain harmonious working relationships

·
Knowledge of health care system financial
structure a plus
