FINANCIAL Finance Manager Location: Atlanta, GA. Duties: Prepare financial models using Navigator software & jet reports for CFO regarding loan administration. Prepare financial forecasts using Navigator, jet reports, & MS Excel software for the field. Calculate & post interest payouts for savings & loan accounts before monthly statements are due using Navigator software. Assist field w/ questions & concerns regarding deposit & loan issues. Set up all new loans, savings & investment accounts. Manage deposit & loan functions. Process & post daily savings withdrawals. Prepare monthly deposit & loan statements from the field. Approve all national & international wire transfers. Prepare payroll deduction listings & payroll reports using Paychex software. Ensure check registers, payroll journals, & mgmt reports are filed properly. Prepare & maintain corporate master files, payroll deduction control files, tax files, leave time files, & direct deposit files. Prepare & maintain employee records files, earnings records, & leave files as they pertain to finance issues. Review, maintain & process monthly clergy & seminarians’ payroll. Post & balance payroll edit listings & calculate batches & distribute payroll. Transmit payroll files to payroll provider. Process accounting tasks using Logos Accounting software. Analyze investment portfolio & assets allocation. Upkeep & maintain corporate master files, payroll deduction control files, tax files, leave files, & direct deposit files. Requires: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration or Economics & 2 years prior experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Advisor. Experience which may have been obtained concurrently must include 2 years of prior experience in the use of Logos, Jet Reports & Preview Software.
