• Accounts Receivable Invoicing for Services, Reimbursable Postage and Credit Card Convenience Fees.

• Development, analysis and interpretation of accounting information to appraise operating results.

• Financial Manager for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset Accounting, Payroll Reconciliations, Bank Accounts Reconciliations, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.

• Finance position requires close coordination with Corporate Contracts Department and Legal department to ensure contracts are renewed, reviewed and followed by subcontractors and vendors.

• Maintains the company’s system of accounts and keeps books and records on company economic events.

• Additional responsibilities reside with the review and creation of ad hoc corporate expense and revenue reports.

• Responsible for the accurate accounting of collections for child support payments reported at 1.3 billion annually via (check, credit card, cash, recurring automatic withdrawal, electronic fund transfers, and foreign check conversions).

Functional Description:

• Experienced in preparation and analysis of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Statements.

• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, the accounting cycle and Financial Accounting.

• Ability to reduce operating expenses, increase revenue and deliver effective departmental change.

• Proficient in budget preparation forecasting and variance explanations to budget and forecasts.

Education and Typical Years Experience

BS in Finance Accounting or Business. 5 or more years experience in a Finance Accounting field. Experience with State Child Support Payments a plus.
