Technology company seeks a Finance Director responsible for managing all aspects of finance including internal financial reporting, business analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and implementing and updating management information systems. In addition to managing all finance staff, the Finance Director will be responsible for providing financial support to senior management for strategic and commercial decision making.

DUTIES:

- Responsible for all internal financial reporting, including monthly management financial information

- Maintain internal control policies and accounting procedures

- Track and report financial performance of the company and operating divisions

- Provide support for financial/business terms and modeling for customer contracts and partnerships

- Strategic planning and budgeting

- Provide financial evaluation and analysis for new product and business initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

- General business and finance knowledge

- Proven ability to identify, evaluate and assess business risk & opportunities

- Evaluate and implement new business strategies

- Develop and implement processes, tools and models to effectively track and forecast financial performance

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively with different departments/functions

- Demonstrated ability to manage finance and accounting personnel

- Proactive problem solver

- Extremely deadline driven

- Understanding of both basic and complex accounting rules and a willingness and desire to develop and expand technical skills on a continuing basis

- 10+ years in management with a strong financial background

- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or CPA preferred
