SEMCIL and Choice Home Care, two nonprofit organizations, are seeking a highly qualified Finance Director for the overall accounting operations of the agencies. This position is responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems, ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting, and oversees cost and general accounting, accounts receivable/collection, payroll, risk management and budgeting.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred, in accounting, health care administration or a related field, a minimum of 3 years management/supervisory experience, knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and insurance billing guidelines and regulations, excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Excel. Candidates must have expertise in healthcare business.
