Finance Acquisition Integration PM/Controller with Employee Integration experience:
We have a challenging and fulfilling role within the M&A Finance Integration Team. This position will lead and support cross functional finance acquisition integration efforts. This roles provides great exposure to understand company business models and processes during an acquisition life cycle.For this particular role, they want someone who can manage the employee onboarding
part of Finance integration, which involves integrating payroll, AP, expense reimbursement, etc. A project manager who can guide the process owner through the steps of integration specifically related to onboarding employees (like payroll, A/P, procurement, travel, etc.)Responsibilities:
* Participate in the due diligence process to perform integration risk assessments and provide perspective related to integration structure
* Develop an integration plan for Finance
* Lead cross functional Finance team to ensure successful integration of acquired company into mainstream Finance processes
* Manage relationship between target acquisition key finance leadership and Finance staff post-acquisition
* Business partner with corporate development integration team
* Drive and support process improvement projects for integration related processes
* Special projects as assigned and or as neededExperience:
employees (like payroll, A/P, procurement, travel, expense reimbursement, etc.)
* 10-15+ years experience
* Experience in integration activities related to onboarding
* Must have experience at *large, enterprise* companies, preferable high-tech companies
* Strong Business Partnering and program management skills
* Results oriented and resourceful individual with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to drive, improve and develop processes
* good knowledge of finance is desired
