Responsibility

• Responsible for developing and supervising the staff under the Accounting Section
• Responsible for co-ordinating with external entities (Asia/ Indonesia) in the area of periodical financial (international system) reporting, Budget reporting, statutory auditing
• Responsible for timely preparation of periodical financial statements & Management Report (including the accuracy/quality of analyses, KPI & commentary)
• Responsible for timely preparation of Monthly report to Budget Holders (ie cost analyses/commentary)
• Ensure compliance to Corporate requirements (CRSA, Internal Audit, ERM)
• Responsible for cash-flow status and projection
• Assist in the review and implementation of Internal Control/financial integrity of processes
• Assist and advise on the review and implementation of changes to processes, as and when required
• Assist and advise on the review of customers, supplier contracts land leases (terms and conditions especially pertaining to financial and liability exposure)
• Responsible for co-ordinating and attending to insurance claim matters
• Assist and advise on the Company’s insurance coverage requirements
• Responsible for the preparation of statutory audited accounts/reports in co-ordination with auditors
• Assist in capex project evaluation
• Responsible for the timely submission of reports required by local authorities, Head Office, regional offices from time to time (eg surveys, statistics etc)
• Provide business support in credit checking on customers and suppliers
• Other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting Management from reputable university
• 3 year hands-on managerial experience in Finance & Accounting within multinational organizations
• Hands-on experience in IFRS, GAAP and international accounting systems
• Mature leader, good analictical thinking skill, good team player and ambitious
