Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill School is an independent, college preparatory Catholic school serving 740 students, JK-12. The campus is located on more than 60 acres in the St. Louis suburb of Frontenac.

Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill School seeks an energetic and collaborative leader to facilitate the school’s financial and operational management. Reporting to the Head of School, the Director of Finance and Operations has responsibility for all financial aspects of the school’s operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, investments, tuition assistance, human resources, food services, technology, physical plant management and capital projects. The successful candidate must have the ability to provide leadership in financial long-range planning, financial modeling, strategic problem solving, and development of institutional policies and procedures. The Director of Finance is a member of the school’s Leadership Team and is the liaison to three standing Board of Trustee committees.
The successful candidate must be committed to the ideals of a Catholic independent, college preparatory educational program. Outstanding leadership, communication, interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills are essential as well as the ability to perform in a multi-tasking, complex and fast paced environment. Candidate must have a minimum of ten years experience in a senior financial and administrative management role, non-profit management experience and demonstrated leadership experience in institutional and support area operations. Also required are a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA credentials, MBA preferred.
