As a member of Corporate Customer Service Department, you will be responsible to execute and support daily corporate banking transactions in accordance with the bank prevailing policies and procedures, maintains a good filling system and customers’ records, as well as keeps a good communication with internal and external customers.  

Requirements:

• Experience as a Customer Service in banking for 2 – 4 years, preferably in a corporate banking.
• Relevant Bachelor degree holder.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (min. TOEIC score equiv. 700 or TOEFL of min. 550).
• Self motivated team player.
• Adaptable to changing business conditions and customer requirements.
• Able to work independently.
• High achievers (performance oriented).
• Good in operating MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
• Possess high sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and Integrity.
• Strong Service-Excellence mind-set and Communication skill.
