Job Description:

• Manage existing and initiate new relationships with target key accounts

• Regularly meet client staff at a variety of levels within target organizations

• Identify and pursue opportunities to offer our services

• Draft proposals with support from consulting and analyst team

• Negotiate and close deals

• Perform all client related tasks that go with this role and function

Position Requirements:

• Masters/Bachelors’ Degree. MBA is preferable, but not essential

• Ideally having 8 to 10 years experience in account management or sales of professional services (such as research, PR, business information, recruitment or consulting services) for the financial services sector in Indonesia

• Alternatively having 8 to 10 years experience in a marketing, research or business development role within a financial services company would also be considered

• Knowledge of the financial services sector and capital markets in Indonesia as well as an understanding of the basics of corporate finance

• Good understanding and experience of proprietary / customized research, due diligence, idea generation, opportunity analysis, market monitoring, financial modeling/ feasibility studies, investment valuation, and Independent Market Research (IMR) especially for IPO listing exercises is preferable

• Strong customer orientation with an ability to understand client requirements and conceptualize those into a research framework.

• Results driven, self-motivated achiever, able to work independently and/or with an execution team of analysts

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal including good presentation skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and organization skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point applications

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) is desirable
