Business Banking – Direct Sales Supervisor (Code : JS BUB DS – CBA 10)
Job Responsibility:
The jobholder is responsible for growth acquisition and cross-selling activities in Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) business
Job Requirement:
- Hold minimum a bachelor degree from reputable university
- Has a minimum 1 – 2 years working experience as SME Sales/Account Officer
- would be preferred.
- Understand general banking policy and processes
- Understand basic knowledge of trade, treasury and cash management products
- Understand basic system knowledge to access clients account information
- Able to use simple Microsoft office application
- Strong network, with customer centric mind-set to deliver customer

- Pleasant personality and able to manage a good relationship
- Posses excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good integrity with professional attitude
