Our client is a global investment bank.  There are a number of programmes and projects which are part of a global strategic initiative to improve performance, profitability and operational efficiency or the organisation.

It is seeking to hire Business Analysts to be part of this major transformation programme.

You will currently be working with a bank, consultancy firm or technology vendor as a Business Analyst or Consultant.  You will have recent experience of working with an investment bank involved with a major business transformation or change initiative working on projects in one or more of the following areas:

Market & Credit Risk

Accounting & Finance Change

Operations & Settlements

Capital & Liquidity Mgmt

Reference Data

Derivatives

FX & Money Market

Regulatory Reporting

Front Office, Pricing & Analytics

You will have experience of defining business requirements, writing specifications and identifying GAP analysis for current and future target operating models which result in change for processes, procedures and systems.

These roles work directly with key stakeholders in the bank and therefore excellent presentation and communications skills are key.
