You will direct selling activity within Yogyakarta area. Your responsibilities are includes to lead, advice, and motivate agency force throughout the assigned area to achieve sales target. You will be provided with quarterly bonus, incentive trip and development program series.  

General Requirements

• Bachelor degree from reputable university.
• Working experience for 5 – 8 years.
• Having insurance or banking background will be an advantage.
• Good experience in dealing with freelance sales force.
• Having good management skill including talent management.
• Excellence oral and written communication skill both in Indonesia and English.
• Having good interpersonal and negotiation skill.
• Having broaden view and awareness in market trend requirement.
