RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit and conduct interviews with accounting and finance professionals.
• Work closely with your candidates to provide career guidance and match appropriate job opportunities to their skill set.
• Obtain new clients through marketing– cold-calling, email marketing, networking & referrals.
• Work closely with hiring managers at client companies to assess job openings, represent appropriate candidates and manage the interview/offer process, including relaying feedback between parties & salary negotiations.
• Handle all appropriate follow up with your candidates and clients to build partnership relationships.
• Analyze and research clients to be a resource for your client staffing needs.
• Compile lists of companies by industry for marketing.
• Recommend changes to ensure client satisfaction and develop strong relationship with hiring managers to ensure future exclusive business.
• Determine client needs, volume potential, price schedules, and rates to accommodate staffing goals of clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have excellent communication and analytical skills paired with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking. Desirable candidates must have at least two years experience working for a staffing firm or 4 years of accounting and/or finance background with a bachelor’s degree.

Our company offers a competitive compensation package (Salary + Commission +Bonus + Benefits Package) and a challenging, fun and team oriented work environment. Top Achievers earn more than $100K their first year. Work hours: Mon-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
